These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CITY DEALS website and bookings made through our platform. Please read them before submitting a booking request or making a payment.

CITY DEALS helps users discover offers from local restaurants, hotels, spas, shops and activity providers in Batumi, Tbilisi and other participating cities.

2. Our Role and Participating Businesses

CITY DEALS provides a platform for discovering deals and submitting booking requests. Unless a listing states otherwise, the participating business supplies the advertised goods or services.

Each listing or booking confirmation will identify the service provider, the party responsible for your booking, and who receives your payment. Participating businesses are responsible for delivering their services as agreed. CITY DEALS remains responsible for its own services and obligations under applicable law.

3. Using Our Website

You agree to provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.

You must not:

• Submit fraudulent bookings or use another person’s details without permission.
• Interfere with the website’s operation or security.
• Upload unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
• Copy or commercially reuse protected website content without permission.

If you book on behalf of someone else, you must have their authority to provide their details and arrange the booking.

4. Deals and Availability

Deals are subject to availability and the conditions displayed on each listing. These may include validity dates, eligible days and times, guest limits, exclusions and booking requirements.

Please review what is included before booking. Optional extras are only included where expressly stated.

We may update offers for future bookings. Changes will not automatically alter the terms of an already confirmed booking.

5. Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not by itself confirm availability.

Your booking becomes confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation from CITY DEALS or the participating business. The confirmation will set out the selected service, date, time, price and relevant conditions.

Check your confirmation and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

6. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Georgian Lari (GEL) unless stated otherwise. The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and mandatory fees, will be disclosed before you confirm a paid booking.

Payment methods, deposit requirements and payment deadlines will be explained during booking. Depending on the offer, payment may be collected through CITY DEALS or directly by the participating business.

If a material pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to explain it. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement. If the booking cannot proceed at the agreed price, any amount due back to you will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions will be disclosed before booking. They may vary between deals and participating businesses.

Requests to change a booking depend on availability. Late cancellations or missed bookings may incur charges only where these were disclosed in advance and are permitted by law.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for how to submit a request. Nothing in these terms or a deal’s conditions limits your mandatory consumer rights.

8. Attending Your Booking

Please arrive at the agreed time and present your booking confirmation if requested.

You are responsible for reviewing any clearly stated age limits, safety requirements, accessibility information or participation conditions before booking. Contact the participating business if you need clarification or assistance.

9. Problems with a Service

If a service is unavailable, materially different from its description or otherwise not provided as agreed, notify the participating business and CITY DEALS as soon as reasonably possible.

Email hello@citydeals.ge with your booking reference, a description of the issue and any relevant supporting information. We will review matters within our responsibility and help coordinate with the business where appropriate.

10. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, it should reflect your own experience and must not contain unlawful material or another person’s private information.

You retain ownership of your review. By submitting it for publication, you give CITY DEALS permission to display it and make formatting edits that do not change its meaning.

We may remove content that violates these conditions. Reviews represent the opinions of their authors.

11. Website Content and External Links

Website text, branding, designs and other content are owned by CITY DEALS or used with permission. You may view and use this content for personal booking purposes. Other uses require permission unless allowed by law.

Our website may link to third-party websites. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including information shared with a participating business to process your booking.

Agreement to these terms does not replace any separate consent required for marketing or optional cookies.

13. Liability

Each party remains responsible for its own acts, omissions and contractual obligations under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer rights.

14. Restricting Access

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason.

Restricting website access does not automatically cancel confirmed bookings or remove any refund or other rights you may have.

15. Changes to These Terms

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes apply to future use and bookings. Existing confirmed bookings remain subject to the terms agreed when they were made, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from contacting a competent consumer protection authority or bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction.
